Gyan Talk 2...

One main proposal that I kept for today's gyan talk - Work Timings in The New Age Organisation. There is no fixed work timings though the employee would be expected to complete the project/work assigned to him as per the schedule. The schedule should be drawn taking into mind the person who would be working on it. And, at sharp 6 PM, the doors of my office would close down!!! Noone would be expected to be in the office beyond 5:30 and maximum time limit is 6. ok, now the main question, what would everyone be doing at the workplace?? will talk about that too in the days to come.
